Refund & Replacement Policy

At The Pahadan's Farm, every jar of ghee is made with care and crafted in small batches to ensure purity. Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

When Am I Eligible for a Refund or Replacement?
 

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product

  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Refund or Replacement?
 

Please email us at contact@pahadansfarm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

  • if replacement is accepted replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
     

What’s Not Covered?
 

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

  • Delays caused by courier partners or situations beyond our control

 

Refund Method
 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
