Our Story
At The Pahadans Farm, we are not just a dairy brand — we are a growing movement of trust, tradition, and transformation.
In the peaceful hills of Himachal Pradesh, over 6,000 incredible pahadan women have come together as more than just milk suppliers. They are our partners, our strength, and the soul behind everything we create. Each morning begins in remote villages where these women, with love and discipline, deliver fresh milk to our collection centers. Every drop is logged digitally — and each woman receives a real-time message through our app, showing exactly how much milk was collected from her. This simple act builds transparency, trust, and a strong system of dignity and ownership.
The collected milk is brought to our modern processing facility, where it undergoes rigorous quality checks using advanced testing tools. Daily reports are sent back to the women, ensuring they stay informed, respected, and empowered — every single day.
Once approved, the milk is transformed into ghee — made with careful precision, just as it has been in pahadan homes for generations. But here’s the truth:We don’t cook over wood fires. Instead, we use cleaner, more sustainable methods that mirror the slow, traditional style — but without harming forests or adding to air pollution.
